What types of workouts can I program?

Strength, runs, rides, swims, even conditioning and mobility. Calibr is designed for the hybrid coach to allow for diversity within your programming.

How do athletes find my program?

Share your page with clients you already train or publish public programs to the directory, allowing athletes to find you and your program.

How do I get paid?

When you build your coach profile, you host through Calibr HQ directly, and we will handle payments and GST, with your share building up daily over each athlete’s pay period. How payouts work explains how your share is calculated and paid. For more information, please refer to the Coach Terms.

Who owns my programs?

You do. Under the Coach Terms you keep ownership of the programs, workouts, notes and media you write. Calibr HQ holds a licence to deliver and display them.

Do you check qualifications?

Yes, all qualified coaches will receive a check next to their name. If you don’t currently have qualifications, that is okay – you can still sign up and publish general training programs, but you will not have the qualification check displayed on your profile, and your programs are shown with a notice that your qualification has not been reviewed. Programs in higher-risk areas, such as medical conditions, rehabilitation, pregnancy or returning from injury, can only be published once we have reviewed your qualification for that area. You can also add your qualification at any point for review.
